Tag Implementation SpecialistRandstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is recruiting for a Tag Implementation Consultant for our in-house resourcing team. This is a remote position, with one day per month in our office in Hyderabad.As part of our in-house team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Technical ownership of our Tag Management platform
  • Support new technology implementations and upkeep where applicable e.g Joveo (programmatic job adv. platform)
  • Supporting the Analytics and Attribution team with tagging processes and implementation using Google Tag Manager
  • Working to ensure that the technical set up of Google Analytics (GA3 and GA4) for web and app is correct, resulting in accuracy and robustness in our reporting
  • Governance of Google UTM tracking to ensure correct use across multiple teams
  • Constantly keep up-to-date with industry innovation to open out new opportunities
  • Support operational relationships with key technology providers e.g Gr8P (recruitment software platform)
  • Manage and maintain XML job feeds (training provided)
  • Regular performance checks on 3rd party scripts being loaded through tag manager and javascript to ensure these are setup correctly.
  • Work closely with Developers, Performance marketing and Media (?) to scope, design, develop and implement digital data collection initiatives and new technologies
  • Help new clients on the essentials of systems to get them started on implementations
  • Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations to Management
  • Produce and manage client-facing process documentation
  • Develop technology solutions to clients for integrations and enhancements
  • Debug implementation problems/configuration/coding errors.
  • Perform/Advise quality assurance testing post tag implementation

For this role, you will have key expertise with:
  • High level of knowledge in configuring Google Analytics, both accounts and properties
  • Highly proactive and excellent multitasking skills
  • High level of knowledge of Google Looker studio
  • Data StudioStrong knowledge of setting up, configuring and maintaining API and XML feeds (after training)
  • Strong programme management skills - well-organised, obsessive attention to detail, data-driven, and able to oversee delivery in line with set project deadlines
  • Working knowledge of CRM & CMS platforms and basic knowledge of front end web development, with proficiency in HTML5, CSS3
  • Proficient in JavaScript and jQuery with the ability to comprehend basic JS concepts such as for loops, accessing object properties, and basic browser APIs; adept in serving as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for tagging solutions, possessing expert knowledge in data layers, custom JavaScript variables, event parameters, and triggers.
  • Implementing server-side tagging strategy
  • A solid knowledge of custom event tracking
  • Installing and configuring third party tags, like hotjar, Joveo, marketing pixels etc
  • Track and interpret business metrics and key performance indicators against strategic business KPI, including weekly/monthly reporting and dashboards, producing clear and actionable insights for leadership
  • Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, SQL (can be added in the expertise section)
  • Working knowledge of digital data collection and data quality principles
  • Solid understanding of a front-end HTML/CSS framework (preferably Bootstrap)
  • Understanding of website optimisation development and design - including content management systems
  • Experience in responsive web design
  • RPO and MSP experience a nice to have
  • Knowledge of Global data protection and compliance laws for use of consumer data and digital tracking and remarketing
Qualifications required:
  • 7+ experience
  • University (Bachelor\'s) degree and/or relevant certifications and experiences
