? Responsible for quality of all products manufactured.
? Responsible for day to day activities related to production such as yield reconciliation And BMR completion.
? Ensures that standards such as GMP, appropriate hygienic and safety measures.
? Responsible to utilize all the resources including man power to its maximum capacity to complete the production target.
? Ensures that entries in BMR are made on line with production activity.
? Responsible for cleaning of all equipments &area fumigation of all Production area with proper schedule.
? To verify Line clearances during manufacturing stage.
? Co-ordination with Quality Assurance personnel.
? Responsible for cleaning and calibration of IPQC instruments.
? Immediate reporting of any non-compliances and observations during activity to the superiors.
