In this role, you are expected to be responsible for end-to-end design, development and delivery of effective dashboards and visualizations, and possess good client handling experience with communication and analytical skills.


Responsibilities

• 
  Architect Analytics solutions using Tableau integrated with different types of data sources.

• 
  Responsible for delivery of solutions using Tableau or translating Tableau solutions into other BI tools

• 
  Understand fundamentals of data preparation/data modelling necessary for the visualization purpose.

• 
  Capture reporting requirements from various partners, architect the solution/report, Understand/analyze the source data and deliver the reports on time.

• 
  Strong expertise in Crafting intuitive and interactive reports and dashboards using Tableau for data driven decisions.

• 
  Performance Monitoring, fine-tuning and optimization of dashboards.

• 
  Knowledge on connecting to multiple data sources through Tableau is required.

• 
  Experience in publishing and sharing the dashboards, scheduling data refreshes.

• 
  Should have handled complexity around visualization or data.

• 
  Should have strong SQL skills, preferably over SQL Server. Strong Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence concepts.

• 
  Experience on any ETL tool preferably SSIS is a plus.

• 
  Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents.

• 
  Good understanding of Tableau user and group security configuration

• 
  BE/B- Tech, BCA, MCA, BSc/MSc, MBA, others

• 
  Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations

• 
  Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations

  Good communication skills
