Overview:Tableau Developer should be able to design, develop, and implement innovative data visualization solutions that drive business insights and decision-making. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Tableau, a strong background in data analytics, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities:Tableau Development and Dashboard Creation:

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Optimize dashboards with a focus on usability and performance.
• Implement data storytelling techniques to communicate complex data insights effectively.

Data Analysis and Transformation:

• Work with raw data to design and develop data models that support visualization.
• Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure accuracy.
• Integrate data from various sources, including databases, APIs, and third-party tools.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing dashboards.
• Train business users on Tableau best practices and ensure adherence to organizational standards.

• Technical Expertise and Optimization:
• Leverage advanced Tableau features such as LOD (Level of Detail) expressions, Tableau Prep, and Tableau Server.
• Optimize SQL queries and database connections to improve performance.
• Automate and schedule Tableau reports for regular distribution.

Requirements:Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Tableau Developer, with expertise in creating advanced visualizations.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and database systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake).
• Experience with Tableau Server/Online for publishing and sharing dashboards.
• Familiarity with Tableau Prep for data preparation and cleansing.
• Knowledge of ETL tools and data integration techniques.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for advanced analytics.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like, Azure.
• Understanding of business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Tableau Certification (e.g., Tableau Desktop Certified Professional) is a plus.
