• Database mining and data analysis.
• Verify the accuracy of the work and make judgments on applying the established policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and accurate outcome.
• Build strong relationship with team members, and related department personnel and business partners.
• Possess the ability to escalate appropriately to the manager or designee
• Operate within stated parameters with some independent decision-making responsibilities.
• Respond to questions and resolves issues within scope of knowledge and authority.
• Review, track and monitor documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Researches and resolves routine client issues and problems; escalates issues as appropriate.
• Understands that errors will have adverse impact on customer service quality and may have adverse financial impact on Schwab.
• Work within and ensure adherence to Schwab\xe2\x80\x99s policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Make decisions within guidelines, balancing risk, and service needs, seeking assistance from manager, as necessary.
• Regularly display the concepts of teamwork, accountability, and prioritization.

Skills Required:

• Ability to translate business needs into requirements and effective data visualization.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in Tableau development.
• Ability to enhance existing Tableau dashboards
• Good knowledge and experience in MS Excel.
• Good to have SQL language knowledge and experience
• Able to identify potential regulatory and compliance issues; escalates as appropriate.

• Any Graduate
• Minimum experience of 1-3years in Operational Reporting/Tableau Developmet
