Own the job portals and review platforms to attract the right candidates
Share data and analysis to be able to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process Other Reports etc as required
Provide Analytical and well documented reports to the hiring manager
Review and benchmark the internal and external environment to improve HR/Talent Management.
Bring new and different methods to the hiring process, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation to evolving industry standards.
