Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline Plan and implement a Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategy to attract high quality applicants Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing telephonic screenings Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions. Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices

Required Skill / Abilities:

2+ years of hands-on experience in sourcing & Screening profiles Prior exposure to sourcing for various geographies other than India is desirable Flexible to work in different shifts Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders Great interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues Education: Master's / bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
