We are seeking an experienced Manager - Talent Acquisition to join a leading insurance company. • Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including databases, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct interviews, screen applications, and ensure the best talent fit.
• Facilitate the offer process, negotiate terms, and manage onboarding efficiently.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and provide regular updates to team managers.

Requirements * Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, ideally in the insurance or financial services industry.

• Proven ability to manage recruitment at frontline and managerial levels.
• Strong organizational, decision-making, and time management skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations relevant to the insurance sector.
• MBA/Postgraduate in HR from a premier institute is preferred.
