Assist in organizing and executing campus hiring events, including job fairs, college outreach programs, and on-campus recruitment activities.
Collaborate with universities and student bodies to identify potential candidates and build relationships with academic institutions.
Support the recruitment team with scheduling and coordinating interviews for candidates, both on-campus and off-campus.
Review resumes and job applications, screen candidates based on job requirements, and schedule interviews.
Assist in conducting initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, tracking the status of candidates in the pipeline.
Help with managing candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Assist in creating job descriptions, posting job advertisements, and engaging with potential candidates on job boards and social media.
Help in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
Support the team with administrative tasks related to recruitment and talent acquisition.Qualifications:
Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and human resources.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Prior internship or experience in recruitment or HR (preferred but not required).
