Responsibilities
- Leadership Hiring
- IC role - handle talent needs & Business requirements from the MD Office catering to all the businesses in the group
- Building talent pipelines for current and future job openings
- Leading all sourcing strategies
- Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire
- Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans
- Prepare and review our annual recruitment budget
- Implement online and offline employer branding activities
Graduate + management degree + min 8 + yrs in search industry or corporate hiring in senior and mid-level in Hiring for industrial, real estate, engineering will be a big plus-
