This is a full-time position within our dynamic HR team. The role involves sourcing and recruiting candidates to ensure a talent pipeline that meets our educational institution's high standards. You will play a critical role in fostering our brand as an employer of choice while coordinating recruitment processes that align with our goals.Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience in candidate sourcing with the ability to identify and engage potential candidates promptly and effectively (Mandatory skill).
  • An MBA degree which provides a strong foundation in business acumen and understanding of human resource management (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficient in recruiting with a focus on creating efficient and effective recruitment strategies (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems for managing the end-to-end recruitment process seamlessly and efficiently.
  • Ability to manage interview scheduling with a focus on coordination, communication, and candidate experience.
  • Strong skills in talent pipeline management to ensure a continuous supply of qualified candidates over the long term.
  • Competence in job offer negotiation to meet both candidate and organizational needs while maintaining fairness and transparency.
  • Familiarity with employer branding strategies to enhance the organization's image as an employer of choice in the education sector.
