Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's goals and workforce requirements. 2. Recruitment Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team, providing guidance and support in recruitment processes and strategies. 3. Workforce Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce needs and proactively plan recruitment efforts accordingly. 4. Employer Branding: Enhance our employer brand to attract top talent, promoting our company as an employer of choice. 5. Recruitment Process Optimization: Continuously improve and optimize the recruitment process to streamline candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection. 6. Candidate Sourcing: Oversee candidate sourcing activities, utilizing various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. 7. Interviewing and Selection: Train and guide hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and selection criteria. 8. Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment practices, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce. 9. Recruitment Metrics: Monitor recruitment metrics and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make data-driven decisions. 10. Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Qualifications and Skills: xe2x80xa2 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. xe2x80xa2 8+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including 3+ years in a managerial or leadership role. xe2x80xa2 Proven success in leading and managing a talent acquisition team in a fast-paced environment. xe2x80xa2 Solid understanding of talent acquisition best practices, candidate assessment techniques, and recruitment tools. xe2x80xa2 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. xe2x80xa2 Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to talent acquisition. xe2x80xa2 Demonstrated experience in employer branding and talent attraction strategies. xe2x80xa2 Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure. xe2x80xa2 HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.If you are interested please send updated resume on gareema.awasthi@cielhr.com
