Key Responsibilities:Network Infrastructure Management:
Design, implement, and maintain the business center\'s local area network (LAN) and wireless network (WLAN).
Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve network-related issues.
Configure and manage network devices, including switches, routers, firewalls, and access points.
System Administration:
Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and virtualization platforms.
Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights to ensure data security.
Perform routine system backups and disaster recovery procedures.
IT Support and Troubleshooting:
Provide technical support to clients and business center staff, both remotely and on-site.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems promptly.
Respond to user inquiries and service requests in a timely and courteous manner.
Security and Data Protection:
Implement and maintain security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.
Monitor for security breaches and take appropriate action to safeguard data and systems.
Conduct regular security audits and ensure compliance with IT security policies.
IT Infrastructure Upgrades and Expansion:
Assess IT infrastructure requirements and recommend upgrades or expansions to meet business needs.

Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, system setups, and troubleshooting procedures.

Vendor and Service Provider Management:
Liaise with IT vendors and service providers to coordinate repairs, maintenance, and hardware/software purchases.
Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met by external IT partners.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Networking Engineer and System Administrator in a business environment or similar setting.
Proficiency in network protocols, routing, and switching technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, VLANs, OSPF, BGP).
Strong knowledge of server administration, virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and Windows/Linux operating systems.
