Excellent Communication is must, good team player and good phone etiquettes.
2. Good Knowledge of Cisco Routing and Switching, Wireless, Cisco Prime Infrastructure, Cisco ISE, VPN Devices, LAN/WAN Devices, SDWAN, Load Balancing, Telephony - Cisco Call Manager.
3. Knowledge of technology systems inclusive of applications, infrastructure, networks, and security.
4. Strong time management and multi-tasking skills and be able to handle work pressure.
5. Installation, Configuring and Management of Cisco switches, VLANs, IOS upgradations
6. Experience in configuring ACLs, NAT, Subnetting, VLSM, Syslog Server, DHCP Server,DHCP relay on Cisco routers.
7. Understanding and implementation of network traffic analysis, remote access methods and systems, stateful inspection firewalls, encryption, authentication and authorization technology.
8. Must have atleast 5-7 and 7-9 years of experience.
9. Good Troubleshooting Skills.
