5 years of Service Desk Operations experience * Experience of managing end point tools - Nexthink / 1E Tachyon / Systrack

• Experience of working on ITSM - ServiceNow, Remedy
• Identification of potential use cases to improve user experience, stability, and performance scores in the designated DEX tool.
• Act as a liaison between the vendor and our client
• Experience in identifying, implementing and driving automation initiatives
