This role will be responsible for designing and developing user interfaces for websites and web applications utilizing a range of technologies.Dimension of Function

• Expected to deliver high-quality code that meets industry standards, while also keeping up to date with emerging front-end technologies and best practices
• Work closely with other members of the development team to create engaging and responsive designs that enhance the user experience.

Area of Responsibility

• Design and develop user interfaces for websites and web applications using Angular, Material/Bootstrap UI, NodeJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, and Rest Services.
• Develop and maintain reusable UI components and libraries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine user requirements and develop effective design solutions.
• Perform maintenance tasks on existing interfaces, including bug fixes, optimizations, and feature enhancements.
• Ensure the user interface is optimized for best performance and meets required accessibility guidelines.
• Stay informed about new web technologies and emerging front-end development trends.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Deliver high-quality code that meets industry standards and best practices.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
• Communicate project updates and progress to team members and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the user interface.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to the user interface.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Provide technical support to clients and end-users when required.
• Continuously improve and optimize the user interface based on user feedback and metrics.

Knowledge / Experience

• 3-6 years of experience in Angular, Material/Bootstrap UI, NodeJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, and Rest Services.
• Proficient in UI/UX design principles and practices.
• Knowledge of responsive web design and mobile-first development.
• Understanding of web standards, accessibility guidelines, and SEO best practices.
• Experience in code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
