Candidate should have the ability to assess the nature of issue raised by business usersb. Candidate should understand if the issue or change is required and size the nature of change requiredc. Candidate should be familiar with release managementd. Candidate should be able to discuss priority and participate in prioritisation of issuese. Candidate should be able to provide ideas for any health checks of suite of applicationsf. Candidate will try to help understanding the issue if L2 (which first in line before them)g. Only on rare occasions if there is a bigger issue on production escalations, L3 team is involvedTechnical Skills:

• Candidate should have C# .Net backend development skills, ideally including .Net standard/ .net framework 4.8+
• Candidate should have a good knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL, able to performance tune queries
• Should have written complex stored procedures in past.
• Candidate must have worked in Publisher-subscriber model and should have strong understanding in message communication
• Knowledge of IOC, ORM (data access layer) is desired.
• Candidate should have experience of working on financial systems
• Candidate should have experience with TDD / BDD and a good knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Candidate should be collaborative, pragmatic, self-motivated and fast learner and open for bringing continuous improvement to applications (s)he is working on.
