Utilizes the company or a third-party\xe2\x80\x99s products, processes, resources, and services in the solutions. Oversees the completion of client solutions and strategies based on the analysis of the client\xe2\x80\x99s business goals, objectives, needs, and general business environment. Formulates and executes initiatives to improve the processes, methods, deliverables, response times and support costs of the group.
