We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Associate Director to join our team in Noida or Remote, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Opportunity:
As the Workplace Digital Experience Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our digital workplace capabilities. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, and you will oversee critical technologies such as Nexthink and 1E. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage Nexthink and 1E technologies to enhance digital workplace performance.
- Lead a team to develop and implement workplace automation solutions, optimizing operational efficiency.
- Define and implement a digital workplace strategy that ensures a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and align the digital workplace with business goals.
- Monitor and enhance system security, data protection, and performance.
- Drive process improvements, data-driven decision-making, and automation within the digital workplace environment.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience with Nexthink, 1E, and workplace automation development.
- Proven experience in digital workplace operations management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of digital workplace technologies, including collaboration tools, remote desktop solutions, and service desk platforms.
- Proficiency in incident management, service level agreement (SLA) management, and IT service delivery.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to drive operational improvements.
- Budget management and financial acumen.
- Knowledge of industry-standard frameworks like ITIL for service management.

- Familiarity with workplace automation and AI-driven solutions.
- Experience with cloud-based digital workplace technologies.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy best practices in the digital workplace.
- Project management experiance.
- Understanding of emerging workplace trends and technologies.
- Vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
