We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karn\xc4\x81taka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge in AWS EUC - Workspace, Workspaces Web and AppStream
• Knowledge In AWS observability
• Knowledge in dashboard and log insight for various metrics - proactively, reactively, and trend analytics
• Knowledge in Identity Providers (AzureAD and IAM Identity Center) with a focus on user accessibility and SAML 2.0 configuration
• Troubleshooting latency issue between offshore vendor partner and AWS cloud EUC
• Troubleshooting end user accessibility issues (desktop/client troubleshooting)
• End to end automation for onboarding and offboarding cloud EUC workloads
• CICD pipeline experience using Jenkins and Ansible tooling for application and image deployment and management.

Preferred Experience:

A desire to engage in continuous learning to ensure knowledge of latest DevOps Technologies and AWS product updates.
Strong ability to solve problems using code and scripting. Preferably with programming skills in Python, Groovy, Shell or Java
In depth understanding and experience working with Cloud Platforms
Experience with IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation) or automated builds using CI/CD tools such as: Jenkins, GitLab, SonarQube
Experience with PowerShell
Experience with operational monitoring, performance tuning and issue remediation.
Experience with container orchestration utilizing ECS, EKS, Kubernetes, or Docker Swarm
Experience with one or more of the following Configuration Management Tools: Ansible, Chef, Salt, Puppet
Professional level certification in AWS (or agreement to obtain within 6 months post hire)
Bachelor\'s degree in computer science or a related field
Basic Requirements:

5+ years\' experience in DevOps and Automation
