We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN). Technical Program Manager : Executes in partnership with more senior program managers within a defined scope of work leveraging already established or implemented processes. For example: Acts as a project manager, or scrum master for one or more scrum or project teams. Pursues continuous improvement through assisting in root cause analysis. Expectations . Proactively manage the end-to-end delivery of engineering work for assigned scrum team(s)/project team(s) and all dependent teams. . Responsible of project from inception to completion (including kick off, capacity planning, dependency management and execution) for up to 2-3 teams. . Fully understand current team\'s product feature, technology stack, architecture. Establish technical credibility to drive constructive discussions with the engineering teams. . Perform existing organization processes (adherence to SDLC processes, compliance, legal requirements). . Familiarity with current standard workflow management tools (Jira, Confluence etc). . Strong planning, organization, and disciplined execution skills. . Diligence in execution and management of regular agile routines . Strong verbal and written communication - stakeholders communication, status reporting. . Be curious to identify opportunities every day and everywhere, find root cause and provide solutions, identify automation opportunities, and optimize processes. Qualification . 5 years of experience, with a software engineering background . Prior experience in software developing, project/scrum management and shipping software to production . Experience in working in an agile operating model, with working knowledge of agile tools (Jira/Rally) . Analytical Systems thinking skills
