If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Advisor to join our team in Chennai, Tamil N\xc4\x81du (IN-TN), India (IN).The purpose of the role is to perform automated quality assurance including functional regression testing and load & performance testing. The role will be involved in planning, implementation, execution of the automation suite.Dimension of Function

• Perform Test Management of Load and Performance Testing
• Independently analyses business scenarios and/or application workflows and identifies use cases, defines test strategies, creates test plans & test cases and creates test suites
• Use automation tools & build test frameworks
• Define and implement metrics including measuring test coverage
• Analyse test logs, create test reports
• Interpret and report testing results

Area of Responsibility

• Performs integrations, stress, load, regression and performance testing to validate production readiness of software applications and infrastructure for stability and performance
• Analyse Test Requirements & Define Test Strategy and Test Plans
• Design, Develop, and Execute test scripts
• Perform automated load/performance testing
• Track and communicate task progress, status, and key performance metrics
• Report defects found in testing promptly, and accurately, using defect tracking tools
• Communicate effectively across multiple teams as required.

Knowledge / Experience

• 6-10 years of overall industry experience
• 6+ years of experience in Load/Performance Testing including but not limited to tools such as Grafana K6, Load Runner, JMeter, etc.
• Knowledge of test case management tools, such as Xray

• Good tech-know of concepts related to Web, Database, Messaging protocols etc.
• Good SQL skills
• Extensive knowledge of software and database testing including designing and manipulating test data
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent understanding of functional and non-functional requirements
• Experience working in Agile teams
• QA and Testing Tool certifications (Good to have)
• Experience in Test automation tools using Selenium, Java, JavaScript, XML, JSON, Cucumber, Gherkin, GitHub (CI), Rest Assured (REST API testing), TOSCA (Good to have)
