If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Systems Integration Advisor to join our team in Bangalore, Karn\xc4\x81taka (IN-KA), India (IN).Program Test ManagerOverview:As the Avon Program Test Manager you will have overall accountability for governance of testing within Avon, which includes ensuring that NTT Data\'s contractual commitments as defined in the NTT Data Operations Manual and Master Services agreement with Avon are met.The Avon Program Test Manager will be accountable for making sure that the corporate test strategy is followed and updated as appropriate, including making sure that the testing workflow process is understood, followed and continuously improved. As well as ensuring that audits are carried out, with associated improvement plans where audits fail, the Avon program test manager will be responsible for keeping nominated Avon stakeholders up-to-date through a monthly governance forum.You will ensure that all deliveries within Avon have a robust test strategy for each of their projects, liaising with the various application owners, dev teams, project managers and test leads to ensure that the corporate test strategy is understood and help to apply that strategy to specific project and program strategies.Responsibilities:

• Ensure Avon\'s corporate test strategy is maintained and updated
• Chair monthly governance forum and prepare governance report in advance
• Build on KPIs and measures, including the adoption of strategic dashboarding

• This includes reducing defect leakage into production
• Ensure evidence is provided to show compliance with MSA and Operations Manual
• Management of the customers\' testing tools
• Provide assurance of testing services carried out by 3rd parties
• When required provide suitable testing resource on a time and materials basis to conduct the delivery of testing activities
• Create communities of practice to drive standardization and adoption of best practice
• Adopt quality gates to show opportunities
• Resolve program level challenges and issues
• Leverage NTT Data partnerships to solve Avon challenges and bring in additional revenue

Skills & Experience:\xc2\xa7 10+ years of test management experience, with a solid understanding of multi application (COTS, Bespoke etc), multi infrastructure (Cloud, SaaS, on-prem) environments

• Experience of implementing KPIs and key metrics at an organizational level
• Experience of cross-matrix managing other 3rd parties
• Continuous improvement

\xc2\xa7 Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle and scaled agile testing\xc2\xa7 Demonstrated ability to co-ordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion\xc2\xa7 Proven effective leadership and analytical skills

• Advanced written and verbal communication skills are a must
