Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversityPosition Title: System Engineer\xc2\xb7 Project engineering, execution for DCS/PLC up-gradation, migration, rip and replace type of projects for Honeywell installed base.\xc2\xb7 Participates in Sales to projects handover meeting\xc2\xb7 Work out accurate detailed BOM\xc2\xb7 Work out forecasting of BOM for anticipated orders\xc2\xb7 C-KOM, site data collection and input gathering.\xc2\xb7 Prepare the FAT Documentation, HDM/SDM/FDS engineering documentations\xc2\xb7 Ability to interpret and engineer the systems based on inputs like IO index, P&ID, C&E matrix, HAZOP etc.\xc2\xb7 Ability to work on DCS / PLC / SCADA systems hardware, engineering and architecture.\xc2\xb7 Site execution planning, manpower planning and team management\xc2\xb7 Man hour control on spent man-hours of project\xc2\xb7 Factory co-ordination for panel manufacturing and in-time completion\xc2\xb7 Responsible for pre-FAT & FAT testing & demo to customer &sign off\xc2\xb7 Responsible for Execution as per Standard Engineering Process\xc2\xb7 Ensures Quality Check on deliverables\xc2\xb7 Communication with customer/consultant for project correspondences. Have a close coordination with project manager to drive the project based on revenue plans, billing plans and cash collection\xc2\xb7 Executing Project along with I&C.\xc2\xb7 Site closure as per HON processes.\xc2\xb7 Vendor management, selection, PR - PO and follow-ups for delivery\xc2\xb7 Contractor SOW preparation\xc2\xb7 Required travel 30% to 40% of the time\xc2\xb7 Follows ISO, HSE and internal processes.\xc2\xb7 Achieve change orders / service orders for out of scope jobs\xc2\xb7 Added advantage to have knowledge and exposure on TPS/TDC3000 system and EPKS C200/C300 systems, Networking, Cyber SecurityDCS\xc2\xb7 Honeywell\xc2\xb7 Yokogawa\xc2\xb7 Emerson\xc2\xb7 ABB\xc2\xb7 Rockwell\xc2\xb7 GEPLC / SCADA\xc2\xb7 Honeywell\xc2\xb7 Siemens\xc2\xb7 Rockwell AB\xc2\xb7 Schneider\xc2\xb7 GE - FanucSafety Systems\xc2\xb7 Honeywell\xc2\xb7 Triconex\xc2\xb7 SiemensWindows Platforms / Office Applications\xc2\xb7 WIN 2008 server, WIN 2016 Server, WIN 2019 Server\xc2\xb7 WIN XP, WIN 7, WIN 10\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word & Power-point\xc2\xb7 SAPYOU MUST HAVE
