Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversityReporting to Sr Systems Engineering SupervisorTravel: 50-60% (as per project requirement)Roles and Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 To be part of a team which specialize in Technical Proposal & Engineering support for Telecom and Industrial Security Systems\xc2\xb7 Review and understand the telecom and Security systems RFP\'s (Customer bid/tender) and prepare the Technical proposal including Bill of Materials and Architecture. Capable to stitch an integrated solution is must\xc2\xb7 Responsible to evaluate different Vendor BOM and solutions, discuss with various vendors and arrive at a solution that best fits the project requirement\xc2\xb7 Proactive and Communicate with all Stakeholder\'s in a timely manner to finalize the solution\xc2\xb7 Holistic review of the solution to reduce the cost\xc2\xb7 Responsible to deliver technical proposals/ Design/ Engineering on time within agreed schedule\xc2\xb7 To work on multiple RFP\'s in parallel.\xc2\xb7 Work closely with all the global Proposal & Estimation team\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the Business development team for new solutions, vendor evaluation, creating test set-up, witnessing and approving products.\xc2\xb7 Extensively use engineering tools for optimizing design (e.g. CCTV, PAGA, Radio coverage study.)\xc2\xb7 Need to travel for performing configuration, FAT, witness third party systems testing and support engineers during installation & commissioning\xc2\xb7 To design and carryout detailed Engineering for telecom and radio System (VHF Marine, VHF Aeronautical, UHF Operational, VSAT Communications System)Technical Skills:Should have minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in:\xc2\xb7 Industrial projects - Radio System, Networking, IP Telephones, Access Controls, CCTV, PAGA, PIDS, RADAR and Passive system hands on for Design and Engineering.\xc2\xb7 Radio System in-depth Design and Engineering knowledge (VHF Marine, VHF Aeronautical, UHF Operational, VSAT Communications System)\xc2\xb7 In addition to Radio skills additional knowledge on TSI designing systems like PIDS, RTLS, Entertainment System, CCTV, ACS, PAGA, Radar, SONAR etc., are added advantage\xc2\xb7 Knowledge on Control room design and ATEX system are required\xc2\xb7 Minimum 2-3 years of site commissioning experience of the Industrial Telecom & Security solutions with Radio System commissioning.\xc2\xb7 Product certificates (CCTV, Radio, Network), CCNA - added advantageBehavioral Skills:\xc2\xb7 Passion for learning new systems\xc2\xb7 Team player with Good command on oral + written communication in English.\xc2\xb7 Strong ability to work as team player and acquire/share technical skills and competencies.\xc2\xb7 Customer/Vendor/Factory interaction capabilities (Stakeholder management)Education\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree (BE/B Tech - Telecommunication/ Instrumentation/ Electronics).We Value\xc2\xb7 Very good knowledge of Telecom & Security systems\xc2\xb7 Individual who quickly analyze, incorporate, and apply new information and concepts.\xc2\xb7 Diverse and global teaming and collaboration\xc2\xb7 Ability to communicate with individuals within the project team.\xc2\xb7 Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work independently, who consistently complete the assignments within schedule & 100% Quality.\xc2\xb7 Agile and Ability to adapt to change with easeAdditional Information
