If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Systems Engineering Advisor -EPM Desktop SCCM to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).The resource filling in this position will be primarily responsible for SCCM & Intune/Autopilot - Infrastructure configuration & maintenance.Job responsibilities & Skillset Requirements:

• Technical Engineer supporting Desktop Engineering SCCM operations
• 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• MS SCCM configuration management tool expert level knowledge;
• Intune & Autopilot expert level knowledge;
• Monitoring and reporting on key metrics;
• Troubleshooting and correcting complex infrastructure & deployment issues;
• In-depth knowledge of configuration management principles and best practices.
• Ability to identify, define, manage and control configuration.
• Microsoft & ITIL certification is an advantage.
• Monitoring and reporting on key metrics, troubleshooting and correcting complex deployment issues; following strict change, incident, request and problem management guidelines.
• Following strict change, incident, request and problem management guidelines.
• Ensuring compliance to service level agreements.
• Strong technical and communication skills are a must.
