Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Work in a dedicated IT team with a mission to drive, sustain and support Global and Regional IT R&D web applications.
• Collaborate closely with the IT Product Owner and sometimes with Business users to understand the business requirements and contribute to the continuous development, testing and releases.
• Mentor and guide juniors
• with technical guidance and solving problems
• team to sustain and ensure the stability of the web applications under your care
• Practice Agile methodology (Scrum) during development and release processes.
• Improving system quality by identifying issues and common patterns, and developing standard operating procedures
• Enhancing applications by identifying opportunities for improvement, bug fixing, making recommendations and designing and implementing systems
• Liaising with colleagues to implement technical designs

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Master\'s / Bachelor\'s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent, with 5 to 10 years\' experience in IT / Semiconductor industry
• Professional experience in web application/software development, test and release management
• In-depth knowledge and hands on experience on web application / software development in React/Angular, jQuery, CSS, ASP.Net Core MVC in .Net 6 / 8, C#, Entity Framework / Dapper,
• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience in MSSQL / Oracle Database
• Good to have: Experience in Telerik Kendo Controls
• Hands on experience to use version control system (GIT, Bitbucket, Gitlab),
• Understanding of continuous integration (Jenkins) and usage of change management tools (JIRA)
• Coming with techno-functional development experience to smoothly integrate into the topics and with the team
• A passion for Problem-solving with analytical skills, pro-active personality, self-motivated and enthusiastic team player
• Self-driven and "Take ownership" attitude and responsible for the deliverables.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting software issues and debugging a large codebase
• Outstanding all-round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
