Your responsibilities
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Your day-to-day tasks will involve designing, developing, and implementing Portal /Employee Center Pro, Performance Analytics, Live Chat/ Virtual Agent, Integration - Scripted REST API, Knowledge Management, Case Management, Service Catalog, HRSD Security, ATF.
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design documentation.
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Develop and optimize user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, etc.).
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Implement responsive designs that are compatible with various devices and screen sizes.
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Integrate ServiceNow applications with external systems and APIs.
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Document test procedures, results, and defects, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated test scripts and testing environments.
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Stay up to date with the latest developments in ServiceNow and automated testing technologies.We preferxc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Bachelorxc3xa2xc2x80xc2x99s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or any engineering equivalent
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 3-5 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow HRSD with knowledge and expertise in one or more of the following modules: Portal Development /Employee Center Pro, Performance Analytics, Live Chat/ Virtual Agent, Integration - Scripted REST API, Knowledge Management, Case Management, Service Catalog, HRSD Security, ATF
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Experience in implementing, rolling out, and maintaining ServiceNow (HRSD) as a platform that is a part of the rest of the digital landscape.
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 You have experience working in Agile and DevOps set-ups with self-organizing cross-functional teams, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Strong business and technical vision
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 Experience in ServiceNow with the certifications preferred: CAD, CIS HR, HRSD Professional
xc3xa2xc2x80xc2xa2 SN platform architecture & related products. HR scoped applications especially HR Service Portal, Knowledge base, HR Case Management, Virtual Agent, Integration Hub, Access Management, Data model, Automated Testing framework (ATF), and Reporting.
