Your Key Responsibilities Would Include:Job description
- Work as pre-sale technical support for business in India (and other countries in APAC)
- Assist in achieving sales objectives and target within Data and Optical networking product range
- Provide network design consultant for Data and Optical transport networks Analyze customer network, identify customer requirements, support customer solution concept and company strategy
- Promote customer appropriate products and solutions
- Product presentation to internal and external customer
- Analyze, prepare and assist on proposal offer to the customer
- Marketing: increase market awareness on both company and products e.g. presentations/seminars for customers, promotions, advertising)
- Initiate and coordinate with 3rd party partner and Headquarter to get solution
- Solution assessment
- Support sales and project team to conclude order
- Support sales force/ project team as a technical expert
- Bachelor\'s or Master \'s degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- Strong background in Data and Optical networking (i.e. Switch, Router, MSPP and DWDM/ROADM) experience is mandatory required
- Minimum 10-year work experience in Optical networking product manufacturer or telecom service provider
- Data and Optical networking service experience will be an advantage.
- Fluency in speaking, reading, writing in English.
