Sales Engineer
to our RUCKUS Networks' sales team. The ideal candidate will be based in Ahmedabad.How You'll Help Us Connect the World:As a Sales Engineer, you will be involved with assessing customer needs and providing technical solutions to meet those needs, demonstrating the features and capabilities of the company's products to customers and responding to technical questions and RFPs/RFIs. You will also provide pre-sales support and training for the sales team, support the development of sales proposals and presentations, and building and maintaining relationships with key customers. The ideal candidate for this role will be updated with current industry trends and competitor offerings, and identifying and communicating new product or solution opportunities to the product management teamThe Senior Presales Engineer would typically have a strong background in networking and a deep understanding of the various products of the company and solutions. They would also have excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to work optimally with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role requires a strong technical background and ability to articulate complex technical concepts to all the audiences.Required Qualifications for Consideration:

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering/ Computer Programming/ Information Technology/ Management Information Systems/ Computer Science; Mathematics with preferably 8 years of experience working with wireless/wired technologies

OREquivalent networking certifications and preferably 10 years of experience and a verified track record

• Strong networking background in Wireless/RF, Switching/Routing, Secure Access protocols (802.11a/b/g/n/ac, 802.1x, VLANs, STP, OSPF, RIP, BGP, Multicast, MPLS, etc.
• Must have solid understanding of sales cycle.
• Configuration of complex wireless and LAN environments.
• Ability to steer and structure the BOQ to help us win against competition and try to get the customer mind share
• Strong communication and listening skills, this resource will talk to CXO level customers and involves in events, meetings and seminars with the end customers.
