We are currently seeking a Systems Eng. Sr. Specialist Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Designs, develops, and implements total systems solutions to the enterprise-wide technical requirements of clients. These solutions deal with the major business processes or systems utilized to manage the overall enterprise. The task requires integrating hardware, processes, methodologies, and software within the client environment. Participates with the client in the strategic design process and translates business needs into technical systems solutions. Integrates solutions and strategies within the client environment, based on the analysis of client business goals, objectives, needs, and existing systems infrastructure. Responsible for the deployment, technical accuracy, and completeness of integrated systems designs.

skills required -

• Good knowledge on monitoring tools - BMC Truesight BHOM (SaaS), Discovery, and App Viz. - Basically Server , Application and network monitoring skills required.
• Good knowledge on AIOPs with Scripting.
• In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Monitoring tool architecture, administration and configuration.
• Technically manage the design and implementation of enterprise solutions.
• Hands on experience of end to end deployment of Enterprise Monitoring tools.
• In-depth Knowledge of Systems Mgmt., Monitoring Tools, ITIL process, Integrations with different tools & scripting.
• Good understanding of Automation & Enterprise wide monitoring tooling solutions.
• Hands on experience in integrating Enterprise Monitoring tools with ITSM platforms.
• Minimum (7+) years hands on experience in administering and configuring Enterprise Monitoring tools at an L3 level.
• Having knowledge of IT Infra Programming/Scripting (PowerShell; Jason, MySQL; Python; Perl)
• Good understanding of OS (Windows and Unix).
• Must have good knowledge of public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCS)
• Experienced in dealing with internal and external stake holders independently during transitions and project driven activities.
• Willing to work in 24 * 7 work environment.
