• Oversee and manage company spending: Keep track of technology-related expenses and ensure they stay within budget.\xe2\x80\x8b
• Analyze financial data: Review past spending trends and create financial reports to identify areas for cost reduction.
• Streamline technology expenses: Monitor usage of cloud services, hardware, and software to increase efficiency and reduce unnecessary spending.
• Develop and implement cost-saving measures: Work closely with stakeholders to create guidelines that help manage technology budgets and making IT-related financial decisions.
• Negotiate with vendors: Establish contracts and agreements with service providers based on company needs and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with IT teams: Work closely with IT professionals to provide guidance on financial matters and improve operational efficiency.
• Assist in budget planning: Help create annual budget forecasts for technical infrastructure and operations, including recommendations on where to make cuts or increase spending.
• Monitor compliance: Ensure all technology expenses, contracts, and agreements are in line with company policies, industry standards, and government regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge: Stay current with developments in cloud services, hardware, and software, ensuring company technology investments are cost-effective and aligned with business objectives.
• Implementing Systems and Automating Processes.

The experience we\xe2\x80\x99re looking to add to our team:

• 0.6 years \xe2\x80\x93 2 years of experience in Procurement/Account Payable/Finance involving IT purchases
• Good command over English both Written and Spoken
• Good to have experience working with people from different geography
• Previous experience working on Purchase Order (PO), Contract, Vendor invoices will be of advantage
• Hands on knowledge pf working with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• General understanding of IT Hardware like Server, Storage, Network equipment, Software and Cloud technologies
• Any knowledge of Scripting, Automation will be value add for this position but not a must to have skill
• Basic understanding of Finance or Accounting or Cost Savings
