We are looking for a dedicated and highly skilled

System Administrator

to manage and oversee the seamless operations of our ride-hailing platform, handling both

driver and customer-related systems

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the integrity, security, and efficiency of our systems, ensuring smooth communication between drivers and customers, and addressing any technical challenges promptly.

Key Responsibilities:



Driver Management

: Oversee the registration, verification, and onboarding of drivers. Maintain driver profiles and manage permissions, ratings, and performance data. Monitor driver status (active, offline) and ensure smooth connectivity between drivers and customers. Address and resolve driver-related issues, including payment discrepancies, account issues, and service quality concerns.

Customer Management

: Manage customer profiles, service requests, and interaction logs. Oversee customer-related system functions, including ride booking, cancellations, payments, and feedback. Ensure that customer experience is optimized, and handle complaints or issues effectively.

System Maintenance & Support

: Ensure all platform systems (mobile app, backend, payment systems) are running smoothly. Troubleshoot and resolve any system or user-related issues (both for drivers and customers). Regularly update and monitor software to ensure platform security, stability, and performance.

Security & Data Integrity

: Maintain data security and privacy for both drivers and customers in compliance with relevant laws. Monitor and ensure the integrity of the platform, preventing unauthorized access or misuse.

Collaboration

: Work with technical teams to implement system improvements, updates, and new features for both driver and customer experiences. Coordinate with support teams to address and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements:



Proven experience in system administration or technical support in a fast-paced environment. Experience in managing large-scale systems for both service providers (drivers) and end-users (customers). Strong knowledge of server management, database systems, and troubleshooting techniques. Understanding of mobile applications, cloud computing, and ride-hailing platform operations. Ability to handle customer and driver queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience with platforms like

Ola

,

Uber

, or

Rapido

. Knowledge of CRM tools, ride-hailing system architecture, or fleet management software. Basic coding knowledge or experience with system automation tools.
