You\xe2\x80\x99ll oversee a queue of assignments and work directly with technicians, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to our clients. You should have the following:

• Experience in Windows/ Linux relational Admin work
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux server configuration and management activities
• Strong knowledge base of Ansible

And finally, you\xe2\x80\x99re open and border less \xe2\x80\x93 naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Required Technical and Professional ExperienceMinimum 4 years of experience in to Linux Administration and infrastructure support.Atleast 2 years of experience in Red HatUnderstanding of security batch application and security health check proceduresDeep expertise within specific technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)Hands-on experience in at least one of the following: software development, DevOps engineering, systems administration, or systems architecture in public cloud AWS domainIn-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux Operating SystemsMust have experience driving for engineering solutions and working across teamsExtensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goalsAbility to apply general rules to specific problems to produce conclusions and responses.Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and writtenStrong process improvement experiencePreferred Technical and Professional ExperienceIn depth knowledge of Amazon cloud hosting architecture with experience with AWS and Azure is a bonusExceptional judgment and decision-making abilitiesFamiliar with a variety of IT concepts, practices, and proceduresKnowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and modelsLogic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detailCertifications in Red hatBeing YouDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it\xe2\x80\x99s how we think and who we are.
