Location: Mumbai, India (Hybrid)

Job Summary:

The Systems Administrator will support and maintain the organization\xe2\x80\x99s HRIS System, business applications, and software modules. Support the business end-users across the organization. Assist CJK IT Leadership on cross-company IT initiatives and Infrastructure projects as needed. Manage software, hardware and licensing enterprise assets across CJK companies.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Initial onboarding activities and internal project planning across all CJK business units to migrate from UKG and Epicor to ADP platform.
  • Collaborate with vendor to maintain optimal function of the HRIS Systems and services, which may include monitoring performance, customization of tools, development of reports, maintenance plans, and help to communicate to the business any upgrade features, enhancements, bug fixes to applications, systems, and modules as suggested by vendor.
  • Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users.
  • Provide training to end-users.
  • Collaborates with management and HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and helps to implement solutions suggested by vendor.
  • Manages permissions, user provisioning, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users across Sheridan companies.
  • Programs, custom functions directed by vendor, and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.
  • Compiles or assists with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for management and HR staff.
  • Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects.
  • Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements are being met.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends and technology solutions.
  • Manage and support Time & Attendance System and configuration management.
  • Administer, service and support timeclock policies, hardware devices and configuration management.
  • Power BI Reporting functions and customized dashboards for Core Business System.
  • Develop and manage an enterprise asset management systems to help with IT Inventory.
  • Manage software and licensing assets from a centralize repository.
  • Provide asset reporting for compliance and reconciliation.
  • Assist IT teams in patch management audits and compliance reporting across the enterprise.
  • Assist in system documentation and developing standard operating procedures.
  • Assist IT teams with Monitoring Systems and Infrastructure resources
  • Performs other duties as required by CJK IT Leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be able to support US locations during business hours.
  • A Bachelor\'s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or similar experience.
  • Thorough understanding of all areas of information systems with a highly technical understanding of Information Systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
  • Ability to keep information confidential.



Desired Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now
  • Experience with Microsoft Server Technology & Services
  • Experience with Office 365 products & Services

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
