We are currently seeking a Systems Administration Senior Associate to join our team in Bangalore, Karn\xc4\x81taka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Experience: Overall 3+ years

ServiceNow: 2+ Years

Modules managed in ServiceNow: Should have fair idea about all ITSM modules with good hands on experience in atleast below

1. Incident Management

2. Change Management

3. Problem Management

4. Request Management

Additional modules (good knowledge if not working experience)

1. AMDB

2. Release Management

3. Survey Management

4. Agile 2.0

5. Virtual Agent

6. Artificial Intelligence

7. Machine Learning

8. Agent Workspace

9. Walk-up experience

10. Agent & NOW Mobile app customization

11. Knowledge Management

12. Configuration Management

Key Areas:

1. Should have good ITIL process understanding & operational activities

2. Should have worked as ServiceNow admin & with basic functional understanding of Integrations in ServiceNow

3. Should have understanding of instance upgrade activities like cloning, skip reviews etc

4. Should have some experience working on Domain Separated instance

5. Should have interacted with ServiceNow via HI on case by case basis

Components worked on (must have):

1. Basic ones like Business Rules, Script Includes, Script Actions, UI Actions, UI Policies, Data Policies, Client Scripts, ACLs etc

Components worked on (nice to have):

1. Workflows

2. Flow designer
3. Integration Hub

4. Service Portal

Minimum Certifications:

1. ServiceNow Admin

2. ITIL Foundation

Certifications (nice to have):

1. ServiceNow Developer
