Details: The primary responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to: Key Responsibilities: 1. Enrolling devices into the Intune environment. 2. Implementation and enforcement of compliance policies via Intune & SCCM. 3. Creation, editing, and deletion of Apps in Intune/SCCM and assignment of managed applications to AAD groups. 4. Managing retirement and wiping of devices as per organizational requirements. 5. Deployment and management of Autopilot and co-management solutions. 6. Application Deployment in SCCM, Reports, Patching 7. Demonstrating superior understanding of computer hardware and software systems. 8. Explaining technical issues to both technical and non-technical employees and customers. 9. Prioritizing tasks and delegating them when appropriate. 10. Resolving incidents and problems associated with end-user computing equipment and software, providing break/fix support. Job Requirements Details: Certifications in Microsoft SCCM/Intune, Windows, or related technologies (good to have). Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on Intune engineering. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and environments. Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with industry trends. Pay Range: Based on Experience
