This job requires candidate having experience with NX CAD Helpdesk.This role will be based out of Bengaluru, India.Position Responsibilities:NX CAD Help Desk support roleThe NX CAD help desk support (NXHD) personnel will support Wisks CMES team as a CAD administratorTake proactive role in the support of all CAD users.Maintain the NX CAD and associated tools such as NX Open, Checkmate, Fibersim and others.Work collaboratively with designers, team leads, and managers to ensure NX CAD tools can support all aspects of 3D and 2D modeling required.Work closely with the CMES NX CAD administrator at Wisks HQ to ensure all BIETC NX CAD users can access 3D models, develop 2D drawings, resolve NX model load and save problems, and assist in enforcing Wisks NX CAD modeling practices (CXGL00001012)The NX CAD help desk support to open service desk tickets, provide BIETC NX CAD user support in responding to the open service desk tickets in a timely mannerEnsure all BIETC NX CAD users complete their modeling tasks according to the schedule required.Work independently or with minimum supervision after the training and familiarization with the Wisk processes and tools.Project Deliverables: Be part of the daily IPT scrum meetings to understand day to day expectations.
