Support Large Enterprise Desktop Deployment Technologies and Services. You will drive complex technical solutions to improve system compliance and automation. Additionally, you will effectively manage maximum availability and minimise disruption to the Workspace services and ensure that all agreed targets, SLAs, and Metrics are met.Your duties encompass defining data analyst requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders, promoting the standard to internal users, and ensuring timely delivery. Building lasting relationships with key stakeholders, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and cooperating with external service providers are essential aspects of your role, including client inventory, patch management, and application deployment over 250K clients.Ready to embark on the journey? You will also support Incident, Problem and Change Management process while having confidence in troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset to maintain and Monitor Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Adaptiva infrastructure.
