• Knowledge of handling AWS EC2, RDS, Load Balancer, Kubernetes, Docker
  
• Sound knowledge in Linux environment (Ubuntu)
  
• Skillset in configuring and troubleshooting Network, Firewall, IP tables, CSF, monitoring tools
  
• Ensuring data is stored securely and backed up regularly.
  
• Expert in Apache, SSH, cPanel, Firewall mail server, Linux basic configuration, file system architecture, and Load Balancer
  
• Preferably Knowledge of IT Security(data encryption)
  
• Linux Server Administration: Install, configure, and maintain Linux servers, with a focus on CentOS and Ubuntu. Monitor server performance and promptly address system issues.
  
• Database Management: Install, configure, and manage databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Perform routine database maintenance tasks, including backups and updates.
  
• Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security measures and firewall rules to protect servers and data. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  
• Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues when they arise.
  
• Replacing and upgrading defective or outdated components when necessary.
  
• Monitoring system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely.
  
• Providing technical support when requested.
  
• Documenting any processes which employees need to follow in order to successfully work within our computing system.

Requirements

System Administrator Requirements:

• Relevant degree or diploma in Information systems or information technology.
  
• Linux Certification.
  
• Past experience administering server-side technology and networked computing systems.
  
• Familiarity with SSL, SSH, MySQL, PHP and database operations.
  
• Ability to prioritize a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines.
