Responsibilities:

• Operational supervision for the project at System level

• Plans, coordinates and directs the product development and the project team, respectively the sub team, by using defined processes and methods and tools
• Reports the progress and status of the project internally (within the project team and towards line organization) and externally (towards customer focused on the development discipline)
• Represent technical decisions in the project
• Represent project specific decisions within the line organization
• Act as first escalation step for team members
• Escalate project risks and issues to management
• Prepare the system deviation and process tailoring

Skills:

• Exposure to product development life cycle (PDLC)
• Exposure to system Engineering process and methods
• Exposure to end of line (EOL)
• Experience in Requirements engineering in Automotive domain
• Experience in Project Management
• Good understanding of hardware Software integration topics in mechatronics systems
• Experience performing system quality assurance, as defined by ASPICE
• Experience in Functional Safety Management (ISO 26262) Process will be an added advantage
• Moderation, mediation and communication with different stakeholders
• Strong customer focus and quality orientation

• Good analytical skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Education:

• Degree in Engineering (ME/EEE/ECE/Mechatronics)
• Master\'s in business administration will be an added advantage
