Solution offer technical leader for Motor management at Power Products International HubIn this Position you will be the first point of contact of worldwide business-related topics for the technical management of the Motor Management digital Offer in Motor Management by closely working with Engineering team.
The Motor Management System Offer Technical Leader manages all activities for the Motor Management digital offers

• He/She lead functionaly all activities: technical in France/India, Plant, Marketing, Test and relationship with EcoStruxure Machine & Plant.
• He/She represent Schneider electric in front of customer
• He/She is accountable of offer performance and application knowledge
• He/She lead technically the Motor Management offers and the Main roles and missions :
• Represent =s= for customer technical queries
• Own application knowledge and expertise for the dedicated offer
• Accountable of performance and technologies for the decicated offer
• Drive technicaly the system evolution
• Deliver technical specification and offer architecture to project team
• Define validation criteria for specific business cases
• Capitalise and share applicative and offer understanding.
• Be level 4 technical support in collaboration with maintenance team. Manage functionaly cross functions to :
• Realise and/or drive technical investigation. (electronic, embedded software, customer software)
• Expertise complex technical issues, at system level
• Support and drive expertise \xc3\xa0 component level
• Propose innovative solutions (technical and/or approach, process).
• Manage evolution with manufacturing plants Lead with Marketing business priorities and identify opportunities in the motor management System

QualificationsQualifications: The preferred qualifications for this role include an M.Tech or Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, or equivalent with at least 10+ years of relevant experienceSchedule: Full-time
