This full-time position requires a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company\'s network infrastructure.Roles & Responsibilities

• Proven experience with BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) policies and implementations, ensuring secure access for personal devices.
• Extensive knowledge of network security principles and practices, including firewall setup and VPN management.
• Hands-on experience in network administration, including but not limited to L1 and L2VPN configurations.
• Strong expertise in managing and maintaining Windows Server environments.
• Familiarity with various network protocols and topologies, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Ability to troubleshoot network issues promptly, maintaining minimal downtime for operational activities.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Proactive attitude towards learning and implementing new technologies to improve network efficiency.
• Monitor and manage all installed systems and infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company\'s overall network security strategy.
• Perform regular backup operations and ensure all required data and information are backed up effectively.
• Monitor network performance to maintain system reliability and ensure that all equipment is functioning properly.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to facilitate smooth IT operations and support daily business functions.
• Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement improvements.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in network administration or a similar role.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent are preferred.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency with network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and software.
• Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
• Knowledge of network protocols and services (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with network security practices and technologies.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
