DESCRIPTIONAWS Utility Computing (UC) provides product innovations - from foundational services such as Amazon\'s Simple Storage Service (S3) and Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2), to consistently released new product innovations that continue to set AWS\'s services and features apart in the industry. As a member of the UC organization, you\'ll support the development and management of Compute, Database, Storage, Internet of Things (Iot), Platform, and Productivity Apps services in AWS, including support for customers who require specialized security solutions for their cloud services.
Amazon SageMaker Ground Truth offers the most comprehensive set of Human-In-the-Loop (HIL) capabilities, allowing customers to harness the power of human feedback across the ML lifecycle to improve the accuracy and relevancy of models. The customers can complete a variety of human-in-the-loop tasks with SageMaker Ground Truth, from data generation and annotation to model review, customization, and evaluation, either through a self-service or an AWS-managed offering.As part of the HIL org, you will be designing, building and maintaining engineering solutions which enable us to deliver high quality data annotations to our customers at massive scale, while maintaining and exceeding delivery SLAs. The team is working with latest trends in Generative AI and supporting AIML journey of our customers working with Deep Learning Models (such as Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, Point Cloud).Key job responsibilities
System Development engineers troubleshoot, debug, evaluate and resolve computer-identified alarms, make feature enhancements, bug fixes, systems management, perform software deployments and migrations, host management and automate routine operational tasks. The position requires a combination of strong troubleshooting, technical and communication skills and includes a mix of on call and operational tasks and involves small to medium level software development work. Responsible to develop tools and automations to achieve human free operations. They use the right tool for the job, and modify software in a way that leverages the overall system architecture.

On a \xe2\x80\x9ctypical\xe2\x80\x9d day, System development engineers may work with operations program managers to better understand the use cases of a labeling job, verify the accuracy of labeling job configurations, write and tweak HTML/JS-based graphical user interfaces, deploy labeling jobs, write, tweak, and run pre and post processing code with Python, deliver results to the customer in the format and timeframe they have requested, and troubleshoot, optimize, and document the systems in between.About the team

- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust
