We are looking for determined and dedicated experienced Senior Piping Engineers, to ensure that our customers receive the best-in-class mechanical consultancy for their projects, ranging from conceptual design to installation and commissioning.

We are a digital player, using our own tools in conjunction with large plant systems to create early studies, design solutions, and specifications for our clients. How you might spend your days
As a System Consultant, you\'ll be working with a motivated, multi-disciplinary team where you\'ll be aligning and Working with a group of colleagues of same or Different disciplines in preparing engineering/technical project deliverables in Different stages of project.

• An in-depth knowledge of Plant 3D Customization & AutoCAD, Lisp Programming, and a hand-on experience on SQL database
• Knowledge in International Codes and Practices
• Software Loading and Project Setup
• Day-to-day administrative activities like Project Archival, Retrieval, Back Up, etc.
• Piping Specs, Specialty Items customization & catalogues preparation
• Drawing file customization
• Extraction of various reports like Interferences, Reports, MTO, Line List, Design Parameters, and Insulation
• Troubleshooting of Plant 3D user level and advance user level problems
• Conducting internal training
• Administration of Plant 3D model, customization to suit project requirements, and support to multi-discipline end users of model
• Ensure maintenance of integrity of 3D model database and regular transfer of information from 3D model to other IT Systems
• Work closely with discipline leads of projects to understand their requirements and address their demand on time
• Develop macros to automate tasks, improve efficiency, and avoid human errors
• Good technical understanding of Piping Codes & Standards.
• Should have minimum relevant experience of 4-6 Years of experience as Plant 3D Admin.
• Should have experience in Pharma or SKID based projects.

Providing Lead level support to complex process challenges and Piping design within the GMP segment

• Ensure quality, on-time and on-budget delivery of projects
• Problem solving skills.
• Review piping specifications/components.
• Active in sharing knowledge with the team

The miles you\'ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others are a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

• You have an overall 4+ years of experience in engineering projects with good knowledge of piping design.
• You have at least three years of experience working as a Plant 3D Administrator of Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or Life Sciences.
• You have a degree in mechanical / chemical engineering or a similar technical field.

Tool Experience

• Autodesk Plant Design Suite - Plant3D Preferable
• Navisworks
• AutoCAD
