System Installation and Configuration:

Installing and configuring Windows servers and systems.

Setting up user accounts, permissions, and passwords.

System Monitoring and Maintenance:

Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.

Performing regular maintenance tasks such as backups and updates.

Security Management:

Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect systems from threats.

Managing firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.

Upgrade and Migration Projects:

Planning and executing system upgrades and migrations.

Ensuring compatibility and minimal downtime during upgrades.

Cloud Infrastructure Management:

Deploy, configure, and manage Azure cloud resources such as virtual machines, storage accounts, and networks.

Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and availability of cloud infrastructure.

Implement and manage resource groups, Azure policies, and role-based access control (RBAC)

Security and Compliance:

Implement and manage security measures such as Azure Security Center, network security groups (NSGs), and Azure Firewall.

Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.

Monitoring and Performance Optimization:

Set up and manage Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.

Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize resources to improve efficiency.

Implement autoscaling policies and adjust resources based on workload demands.

Backup and Disaster Recovery:

Develop and maintain backup strategies using Azure Backup and Azure Site Recovery.

Test and validate disaster recovery plans to ensure data integrity and availability.

Implement data retention and archiving policies.

Automation and Scripting:

Automate routine tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Azure Automation.

Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) templates using ARM templates, Terraform, or other IaC tools.

Implement CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployment and updates

Support and Troubleshooting:

Provide technical support for Azure-related issues, including incident response and resolution.

Troubleshoot and resolve network, storage, and compute-related problems.

Maintain documentation and knowledge base for troubleshooting procedures

Cost Management and Optimization:

Monitor and manage cloud spending, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

Implement cost-saving measures such as reserved instances, Azure Cost Management, and budget alerts.

Generate cost reports and provide recommendations for cost optimization.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless cloud integration.

Provide training and guidance to team members on Azure best practices and new features.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on infrastructure status and performance.
