- Experience on change requests and providing support/maintenance for deployed reports.
- Should have experience on Promotion Management (DEV to PROD).
- Should have experience on Scheduling and Publication the reports by using BI Launchpad and CMC.
- Should have experience on User and Groups Creation.
- Should have experience on providing access to users based on individual reports/Folder.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Works with Reports Lead in Hyderabad and in San Diego on SAP Business Objects suite including Crystal Reports.
• Experience on change requests and providing support/maintenance for deployed reports.
• Experience with SAP Business Objects 4.0+ using suite of BI tools; WEBI, Analysis for Office/OLAP, Design Studio and Lumira.
• Troubleshooting production support issues, fixing Process Chain failures.
• Analyses Business Intelligence reporting requirements. Communicates with project team to clarify requirements.
• Designs reporting solution; reviews with Manager/leads, and communicates with various teams as needed.
• Convert reports from current format to Crystal/Business Objects as per Reports lead designs, and following all development best practices and guidelines.
• Develops and Implements reports & dashboards using various BI tools. Undergo training and learn other BI / Reporting tools and quickly contribute as per project needs.
• Writes complex SQL queries on Oracle database using tools such as TOAD and SQL Plus.
• Reviews code and output from the other members of the team.
• Troubleshoots technical and system questions from the development teams and end-users.
• Analyses SQL queries to investigate report related issues faced by users.
• Ability to diagnose SAP Universe level issues.
• Work on deployment of Reports package\xe2\x80\x99s in various environments like EIL, QA, Staging and Production.
• Perform basic functions in SAP Business Objects Administration.
• Performs unit testing of reports. Applies and maintains quality standards.
• Assists in all phases of SDLC.
• Assesses severity of problems, determines corrective action, resolves technical problems, and performs fault isolation and implements solutions.
• Revises and updates programs and relevant documentation.
• Must be self-motivated with an excellent attitude.
• Ability to perform work requiring a high degree of accuracy.
• Able to prioritize work, complete multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
• Provides mentorship to junior engineering staff.
• Assumes additional technical responsibilities as needed.
