Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of various IT systems and applications within the company. This role requires a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and a keen eye for data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Implementation and Maintenance:
• Implement and maintain new IT systems and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage and support the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
• Provide technical support for ERP systems and troubleshoot issues.
• Administer and support Zoho apps, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
• Identify and resolve ongoing issues related to apps and ERP systems.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Utilize Google Sheets and Zoho Analytics to create insightful MIS reports.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.
• Present data-driven insights to management to inform decision-making.

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Zoho Analytics
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and networking concepts
• Experience with ERP systems and CRM software
• Knowledge of Zoho apps, particularly Zoho Creator and Zoho Connect
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
