Assist users in connecting Video conferencing applications such as Zoom, Webex, etc. Data-Centre Management & Monitoring with proper manner & maintain the logs. Good knowledge in Server, Storage & firewall if any changes required as per higher team. WSUS & Security Patches Vulnerability related experience & awareness is must. Logs & Error Route Cause Identifications for All higher-level Asset with running involvement Server, Desktop, Laptop and CCTV related support with asset severity in production side. Routine Software & Applications Awareness and troubleshooting. VPN, RDP, Web Meet & Office 365 end users remote, onsite, or Technical assistant on call Support. AD, DHCP, DNS, IP4, IMAP POP Knowledge is preferable. Should have LAN, WAN, VLAN, Router & Switches Management & working active, passive network diagrams. AV, Backup Console & Ticketing Tool related experience & knowledge is required. Print Server & Printer Support as well spares related awareness is required.
