Responsibilities
As part of our team, you will play an important role in providing technical support, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. 1. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer hardware, software, and network systems. 2. Provide technical support to end-users and assist in resolving complex technical issues. 3. Install and configure computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices. 4. Assist in maintaining and updating IT infrastructure both internally and for the client base. 5. Participate in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems. Requirements 1. At least 5 years of experience as an IT technician or in a similar role. 2. Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues. 3. Strong communication skills and ability to provide technical support to end-users. 4. A high level of accountability and ownership. 5. Ability to use initiative, set priorities, and meet deadlines. 6. Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a larger team. Skills 1. Experienced with Terminal Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, and Microsoft Windows Server 2008 through to 2021. 2. Experience in Microsoft 365 products. 3. Experienced in LAN/WAN networking technologies and VOIP phone systems. 4. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) are a plus.
